CYBER SECRECY - NEED TO KEEP AN EYE

Every new technology has pluses and minuses and the introduction of internet is not the exception. It is right that today computers have become a device in which a secret is entrusted and can be stored for safety. But there are always gains and losses in any technology.

One of the biggest concerns of the Internet has been the issue of privacy. Individuals generally do not want their personal communications to be available to the public.

Yet this new form of high-accessible authorship in cyber space raises questions and perhaps magnifies legal complexities.

Success in any filed of human activity leads to crime that needs mechanisms to control it. Crime is no longer limited to space, time or a group of people. It has now given a new way to express criminal tendencies. Now around 500 million people are hooked up to surf the net around the globe.

Today, computer having all the data of any country and an individual and it is a challenge to the software engineers to further develop the technology so that no other than the real owner of data with personal password could hack it.

No doubt Cyber law India claims to be best cyber legal regime in the world but in the present circumstances, still there is a need to keep an eye to make it more effective and secure cyber transactions for the new developments on the internet.

  1. yes definitely every new technology has their own cons and pros may it is related internet may it related to advance weapons systems may it related to advance industrial system...
yes cyber crime is not “on the rise” due to the economy. It’s on the rise because it has been growing as technology grows and changes, and there are more things worth attacking
but we have to be optimistic because these things are necessary for the development of the country
absolutely there is a need to keep an eye on them
.....see After 9/11 the US changed the way they work significantly. Just as an example: Airlines had to give the US government information about passengers flying to the US that actually violate the privacy laws in Europe. So, the decision had to be made: Either you violate the laws or you do not fly to the US anymore?
    Take steps before it happens….
